I'm sure this well made clamp would work as good as it seems made up. I just I'd bought the size smaller. Ended up have to fit a horrible U clamp from Halfords.

I actually purchased this to 'fix' a cheap gas lift chair that is no longer quite holding up as it once did. Regular jubilee clips keep slipping but this is going absolutely nowhere!Top job.

Nicely made and effective clamps. Way nicer than your usual jubilee clips. Good range of adjustment and will do up really tight (be careful you don't do up too tight!). Slightly bulkier than a normal jubilee on the fastener side.
