Bought the pots too!
I wrote a review on the pots and can tell you that these pans are excellent! I am a cook and a baker. I love these pots and pans for my everyday home use. Just have to remember to please do as the instructions say - medium heat! Medium heat cooks the best with these pans, no need for high heat. The heat distributes evenly with these pans. Pretty stable, don't scratch easily. I would reconned still using utensils in your pans like wooden spoons and spatulas. Anything other than metal for longer life of your product. So far, for me, I have found them to be stick resistant. Even if you basically scotch, cringe something It cleans up pretty good. I have not done a serious burn to say if it stains, but you get the idea. Enjoy!

A Terrific, Lightweight Pan
I like this pan a lot. It has no PFOAs and yet nothing sticks to it. It is lightweight for its size. One word of caution: it cooks kinda hot, but as long as you know that and make the necessary adjustments it's not a problem. Highly recommended.

Love this pan for frying or scrambling a couple of eggs!
My kids called it "dad's egg pan". For 30+ years it did a great job for scrambling a couple of eggs. Each kid got individual attention with eggs made just for them. Overtime, however, my ole pan started losing its nonstick coating and was getting harder and harder to clean. So, I finally decided to replace it with this Michelangelo 8 inch stone interior pan.WHY DID I WAIT SO LONG?! This pan is great for eggs and super fast to clean. It is dishwasher safe, but I've always hand washed my pans. This pan takes seconds to clean. Eggs come out perfect and never stick. Lid has steam release hole which makes over easy eggs a breeze. We use gas, however these pans are good for all cooktops, including induction. I like it so much I've already replaced my old 12" skillet with this same brand. Very impressed.

Beautiful presentation
My sister was visiting and threw away all my Teflon pans that were scratched so I immediately ordered these, they take a bit of getting use to but work great on my glass top blk elec. stove, no scratch bottom, need to cool before washing and clean up beautifully.

Perfect pan for cooking eats in
Second pan I've bought from them and we just love them. Mainly use it for eggs makes perfect omletes. Be careful if you cook burgers in them though I accidently ruined my first pan by getting it the grease too hot in it. That was not the pans fault 100% my fault.

So worth it!
I placed an order a year ago and, due to my high satisfaction, have since placed additional orders in various sizes. These products are user-friendly, easy to clean, and exhibit superior quality; nothing sticks, significantly simplifying the cooking process. The only minor drawback is that the lid knob can become hot with prolonged contact, though this is not a significant impediment; a cooking mitt provides an adequate solution.

Great pan that works on my induction cooktop
I spent a fortune on high end cookware when I got an induction cooktop. So what does everyone reach for when cooking? This pan. Its non-stick surface makes clean up easy and you don't feel that you're lifting weights while handling it. I have two as well as the small skillet and could not be happier.

Non-stick, but....
The non-stick surface is good so far. People complain about eggs; eggs will stick to everything if you put them in the pan before it heats up. Even if the first eggs sticks, it is minor, and any egg after that will not stick. The pan is very light weight, but it is only a 10" pan, so that is not a big advantage. What I don't like - it is very flimsy. I didn't not buy the bargain pans in the "big box, discount stores" because, as non-stick as they may be, they are flimsy: soft aluminum, with thin walls, and no heat sinks (thicker metal) on the bottom to help with even cooking. This is no better than the bargain pans. You can easily warp the pan just using your hands. I am sure I could fold the sides in with little effort. It did come with a lid. The lid is of decent quality. It has a metal crimped edge which can be hard to clean where it meets the glass, but it is tightly fitted to the glass. I hope the non-stick surface is more durable than the pan, or it will be useless in a month.
