Totally disappointed with it, nothing like the picture.What a scam

Poorly matched in size and lopsided plants
I wanted to place these each side of my front door. The plants arrived really mismatched in growth and were very lopsided. I was told by the seller that I should trim and train the plants until they grow to look like the advertised example. Not worth the cost of these plants as it will take a long time to possibly attain the ball shape required.
