So glad i got this! was looking for the mexican Horchata drink, but found this instead. wasnt fully convinced on the other horchatas ingredients, this one seems to be more natural. Theres still enough sweetness so u dont need to add more sugar and quite grainy but i like it. Very earthy and yummy taste! refreshing. this is my second glass on day 1 of getting it 😋

As someone who grew up on Honduran/Salvadorian horchata, this is a great replacement ! I live near the Mexican border so all the local places only sell Mexican horchata which is way too sweet and artificial tasting for me. This has a great nutty flavor and taste more 'earthy'. It does feel a bit gritty but thats from the actual nuts its ground from. I personally prefer the texture over not having it.Pro tip: You can add half and half water/milk and even add about 1/4 cup each more than the instructions say to make it last a bit longer (or maybe even more? who knows)

This is overpriced. The bag only makes a quarter of a gallon at $11.99 each bag. Meaning you have to spend $48 for a gallon of Horchata Salvadoreña.

This is just as I remember from my childhood. I love it so much and I’m happy I finally found this. Ordered one to try it and now I’m order 4 more to make a big batch for my family. Just wish the bags could be bigger
