Very useful MFT Cine Lens adapter for Sony E-mount
I had my doubt when I was buying this adapter to pair with my MFT cine lenses on Sony E-mount bodies. Initially, it was a little difficult putting the adapter on my sony a7 IV, but after I figured it out, it took me some few seconds to put it on the camera. This Fotodiox Adapter pairs very well with Meike MFT Cine Lenses when using it on Sony E-mount cameras. I tried it with Meike 12mm T2.2, 16mm T2.2 and 25mm T2.2, and to my surprise, they worked very well on my a7 IV. One caveat: you need to set your sony FF camera to super35 mode (1.5 crop) to avoid heavy vignetting. I have heard some people using Clear Image Zoom instead of Super35 to get rid of the vignetting, but I have not tried it yet. Please be aware that this Fotodiox adapter does not work with the normal AutoFocus MFT lenses. It only works on MFT manual focus cine lenses.

Poor build, no infinity focus
I purchased this to DIY myself a circular fisheye from a micro 4/3 lens onto a full frame E-mount body. The adapter isn't very well made, being extremely tight on the camera body and loose on the lens. The release in finicky and barely works. All this would be forgivable given that it's the only adapter out there for this lens/body combination, however it doesn't allow for infinity focus on lenses with a hard stop at infinity so it is minimally useful.

Phenomenal, if you understand what it's for. 7.5mm Rokinon virtual tour reviewer
Phenomenal, if you understand what it's for. I see a lot of reviews with complaints that you can't use autofocus or adjust aperture with this adapter. Really? How could you have thought it would do this? It's true that lenses you use with this will cause significant vignetting. All you have to do is think about it - you're using a M43 lens on a larger sensor. Of course it will vignette. I use this with my 7.5mm Rokinon lens for virtual tours. It means I only have to take 4 photos instead of 6 on a M43 camera. It solves all sorts of problems for me. The adapter just stays on the lens, so no complaints. Seems sturdy, too. Highly recommended.

Dont buy
Worst lens adapter ever. Dont buy it, it does not work. I tried it once with a lens and it just got stuck and would not get loose also it did not fit well on the sony 6300

Make sure you know what you are buying
Yes, this does allow you to mount a mft lens to a Sony Alpha camera, but keep in mind that unless you have a fully manual lens, with aperture control on the lens, you are stuck shooting wide open. This is not for adapting your regular Olympus or Panasonic lens to Sony. Also, the build quality is a bit iffy. Works but not easy to put on or remove.

Does not work on all lenses nor lenses from the same manufacturer
This is a tough one to rate. The locking tab is flimsy and the metal is rough. That said, the deal breaker for me is that it does not work on my Sirui 35mm lens but does work on my Sirui 50mm lens. Yes both lenses work fine on my camera -- the issue is with the adapter. I could grind it down to work with the 50mm but then I wonder if it will still hold the 35mm with the proper firmness.Buyer beware!

Perfect fit!
I read the other reviews and saw that there seems to be some variation in quality. I figured I could always return it if it didn't work out. I got a perfect fit on the first try! No scraping metal, nothing jiggling around loose. I can say that there is a nonzero probability of not getting a dud.
