It’s hard to tell from the picture, but the team logo elements are a piece of plastic adhered to the metal frame. Frame itself appears to be generic and stamped/pressed. Sturdy enough considering it gets bolted to the car and never touched. However, I am returning because it arrived bent in at least two places. if it were not bent on arrival, it’s an ok value for the cost considering it is legit NHL licensed product, so I am sure a chunk of the price goes right to the NHL. It comes packaged in a clear plastic sleeve within a cardboard envelope (think FedEx/UPS letter envelope). The packaging was marked “do not bend” on one side. Thats a give away that what is on the inside will bend with moderate ease. Packaging is insufficient to ensure no damage while in transit (usps). I immediately opted for a return/refund noting it arrived damaged, which was approved without any issue.

Bought for my son for Fathers Day. They are high quality and he loves them.
