it's a little wonky
I bought it for my back issues and it's not terrible, just a little awkward the way it attaches in the front, if you have chubby belly rolls like I do, it'll either slide up or down and just makes it uncomfortable. If you decide to purchase it, wear it over a T-shirt or something; the front strap could have been thicker. I've only worn it once just because it wasn't that comfortable.

Fits children, not teens or adults as advertised.
These are obviously made for petite size females and even when adjusted to largest length possible they were digging into my daughters armpits and couldn't be worn. Didn't offer any support as the cheap plastic back support part was only fit to be worn by someone who was smaller then 5 feet 110 lbs . Recommend for children's back support not for teens or adults as I had both my daughters 1 who is small 5 foot 2, 110 lbs and the other who I got this for this for 5 foot 6 180lbs try this out but neither one could wear this comfortably or properly position this on themself without needing additional assistance to get the back supporter in the proper placement . Does nothing to help keep your posture strait .

There is a problem with my sitting posture, which caused my back to bend a little. I want to adjust my sitting posture, but I cannot do it by myself. So I need this product to assist me and solve the problem of sitting posture. Immediately after wearing it, I feel that my back is a lot taller and my sitting posture has also improved. The effect is great

Works, but bunches and twists too easy - not comfortable for moving around - good for desk jobs
The product does work to keep your back straight and correct posture to reduce back pain. It does not stay in place though and becomes very uncomfortable, and at times painful when moving around in it. If you are sitting still, like in an office, this works wonders for your posture. Otherwise, it does not work in a comfortable way.

The quality is particularly good, the material is elastic and breathable, and the sticking part is closed repeatedly without affecting the sticking part. There is also a hard bar to help stand upright. The back is very straight, the shoulders are stretched, and the whole person is upright.
