Nice little generator
Just right for our little camper trailer. Will also use for freezer and refrigerator at home for short term outage.

Nice gen set
Easy to carry, super quiet. Will run the 15000btu ac on the camper but runs full out making 2000 watts. Went ahead and ordered another one to run parallel and work each half as hard, while still being able to lift them in the back of the truck by myself.

Don’t buy this product
It sucks!…. That’s all I have to say.Put your money on a Honda instead.

Own 2 over 4 years
Not sure why some had bad experience. Own two for over four years and used them many times. Mostly for home power outages and they crank first or second pull. Run quiet and impressively every time.Have my Rockwood camper and connect both and plenty of power for AC and microwave. Better deal than the Honda. If you have a problem, go back to where you bought it and swap it out. Don’t trash it, resolve it.

1 star for now new &won't run
I went to Camping World with all intentions to spend $1099 on a Honda EU2200i . I saw this generator and looked at the specs. Digital display with load/fuel level etc.. same size tank longer time before refuel. Very close but a little higher decide rating. It was $671 so I thought how bad can it be....it a Cummins. It had a 3 year warranty like the Honda. I bought it instead of the Honda. Went to use it and it wouldn't start. Tried checking everything and looking at everything. No visible issues. It would run 30 sec and stop while in choke..if that. Called tech support and was asked if I check xyz...yes I did. It started in choke while one the phone with tech support. Ran for 2 mins give or take. Tech support let me go and it shut off. It never restarted. Thought maybe bad gas. Drain and refilled. No luck! Going in for warranty repair. My project on hold and a brand new tool I'm unable to use. Beyond frustrating. It better performe without issues after repairs.
