Absolutely no tech support. All online videos from different countries. mostly non English. the manual is useless. By stroke of luck was able to stumble on proper settings to make the damn thing work. after plugging into 2 known working dishes with no results, just started changing settings and WALAAA. found the right ones. WOW!!!

About all this device was good for was powering the LNB while I searched with a spectrum analyzer. Using the stock settings, it locked onto the wrong satellite. Caused me and my client to waste a lot of time and effort.

It was a pain to work with. There was no information and really no paper work. I think that they only want technicians to use this product. I was hoping to set up my dish easily. But also realizing not so easy that a 2 year old could do it.
