Edited, I noticed my label is different from the posted product. One says 3/day, the other 4/day, and the concentrations are different. Not sure if I got the newer or the older product, if they changed formulations.The taste: it’s not bad at all, I don’t understand the complaints. It’s medicine, not dessert, but perfectly palatable.I am homozygous mthfr, so two genes that don’t quite work. When I was pregnant I was given large quantities of Bs of all kinds. These vitamins work but I can’t take them. I had back surgery 18 years ago and the nerves in my foot were damaged, permanently numb. I think it must be the phosphatidylserine, when I take this vitamin that nerve awakens and HURTS. I have lots of energy, I love them… just can’t take them. Gave them to my daughter. So if you need your nerve synapses to work better, take it, but be mindful of some nerves which you want to leave be. Lots of energy, easy on your gut… I love them. I wish they made some without any additional enhancements, just Bs or a multi.

I write this for all of us who have been told it is hormones and age. While that may be partially correct in some situations, it does not apply to all.My health is 100% better since I started taking this product. No, I have not been paid to post this review. Yes, I have had my DNA tested.I have been taking this product for almost a year. I have an abundance of energy, my diet has changed, and I have lost 25 lbs off of my small body frame.I take 2 every morning with a protein shake or sometimes just with coffee, (which is not advised).At first, sure, they are not the greatest tasting. The benefits however far out weigh the taste. Chew them and drink something and hold for 30 seconds in your mouth. PS...my gums are doing great too! After a month, the "bloat" went away and my health has been amazing on all levels. Many individuals have an issue metabolizing B vitamins which leads to many other issues.Give these a try for at least a month.So grateful I found these.

Great product seems to be working for me

I don't know why people are complaining about the taste. It's a vitamin and a pretty tasty vitamin not a peice of candy.

Its only been a couple days since my daughter started taking these vitamins but so far they have made her feel great!!!She says " Mom I don't feel stressed anymore, I'm not tired now, my stomach doesn't hurt, and i feel happy!!!"Wow!! So much relief!! I was so worried and nothing else has helped her feel better. So thankful for these vitamins!!!

I read all the reviews before purchasing these vitamins; all of the product material explained how great tasting they would be. Wow, we’re they wrong. They melt or chew easily in your mouth, but the taste terrible. The berry flavoring is minimal in comparison to the mineral yuck that will be left in your mouth for hours. There is no trying to chase it with some other flavor or even brush your teeth, it does not work. These are 100 times worse than the 90s Flintstone vitamins. If you purchase these, good luck!

Taste is great, smell isn't bad. They are expensive for the size. Great ingredients.

My doctor recommended I take a methylated multi, and pointed me towards methylife. I really enjoy taking my multi every day, I actually look forward to it. It is a nice snack for after my breakfast and lunch. I spread out the four tablets across my first two meals of the day. I prefer to fast until lunch but getting in a meal with my multi has boosted my energy and mood throughout the past 12 months of taking it.
