If you like crispy streaky bacon look no further
I first ordered this during the lock down and was a little concerned as it arrived by post in hot weather.However it is brilliantly and very cleverly packed and went directly in the freezer to be taken out as required.I am not sure how much this would cost in the supermarket but there is a lot of it for the price I think.Whatever the cost this in my opinion is better than any product of its kind available from local supermarkets and compares very favourably with Marks, Waitrose and Tesco finest.It cooks lovely and crispy with no white fat seeping out as it fries and even though shopping is now back on the agenda I will still purchase this as a regular item in the future.

Too much water...
Good taste but blimey the amount of water and gunky stuff left in the pan......

Like others. too much water for me..The product is tough and stringy, lacking flavour, and although smoked there is little smokey flavour.Spend a bit more and get a dry cure.
