Overpriced, and shipping issues.
Not the best instructions, but I got it put together. At first look, there is a engineering defect, as they placed the water tap about six inches lower than the top of a standard five gallon water jug.The shipping was also an issue, first off I ordered this in late February and the tracking said that it would be delivered between July 2nd and July 4th, (4 months ???) this remained the expected date until the day before it arrived which was actually June 3rd. The FedEx driver just dropped off the two fairly large but light boxes in plain view of the street, when three feet farther would have hidden them from view. Luckily I was home and not on vacation or whatever. This could have easily become a major problem. The long wait I assumed was because of lack of inventory, but the boxes I received had obviously been in a warehouse somewhere as the they had a fair amount of old dust. So I don't know what the delivery delay was all about. I'm not complaining about receiving this early but a little more heads-up??? Or maybe they should be responsible for stolen deliveries. Amazon should do a better job as well. You should be able to select or deselect a date or date range for items to be delivered.

Very good quality build
Quality of the unit is excellent. No more trips to the grocery store to buy water. To assemble the unit I recommend you watch the YouTube video posted by a retailer of assembly from unboxing to working unit. Makes it a lot easier.I also recommend that when you finish building it, that you repeatedly fill and drain the top unit to clean it (6 times at least). Then run the unit and let it fill the bottom tank completely. Let it sit for a day to leach out the off metallic flavors from fabrication. Drain it completely (every drop), then do it it again and let it sit for two days. Drain that completely and you should be good to go. If your pallet can taste the slightest off flavor like mine (comes from drinking distilled water for the past 10 years), then refill is a third time and let is sit for a good week to polish it off. Drain that and you are good to go.
