Fake!
I received a fake product! So disappointed! Did not say Bionase on product! The instruction pamphlet seemed copied! I hated this experience. I never write reviews! Highly pissed off!

Huge improvement in just 5 days!
My airways have once again opened, I rarely sneeze now, my sinuses under my eyes are no longer painful, and discomfort in my ear has disappeared. This thing is so quick and easy to use...just 4.5 minutes 2 or 3 times per day. I thought it would take a month to arrive from Israel, but was pleasantly surprised when it was on my doorstep 4 weeks early! This is a very responsive seller.

It works well
It works for me. No doubt. I have been a life long allergy sufferer and I think it has helped not only with seasonal allergies but other allergies with respiratory symptoms.

Fake scam
It appears mine is fake too . No bionase emblem on front . Already had a battery in even though instructions state no battery supplied . Instruction pamphlet multiple spelling and grammaticalErrors with no Contact number provided. Big scam

This is my second one
I bought my first one a decade ago when I couldn't take over the counter meds for allergies and runny nose. After years of using it, it broke but since I wasn't bothered with allergies I didn't get another. A couple months ago I developed symptoms and decided to get another Bionase. Much cheaper now than it was a decade ago. Again I find it helps eliminate the runny nose. I believe in the red light!!
