GOOD LUCK! They are not going to help you. They will not honor their warranty.they will question and blame your installation. Throw it in the garage and buy a Good. Bullet proof and you will get all the help over the phone. I had a 600 and 1000. They are complete junk

Q: Will this unit operate with a 3strand nylon 5/8" rope? I have a new rope this size, but My the "teeth on my 12 year old Lewmar are worn out.
