The book is super cute, very aesthetic and very insightful information for a beginner. I've only skimmed through it but I can already see I'm going to really enjoy this book because it explains things in a concise and easy to understand way, in addition to all the lovely designs. The book also arrived earlier than expected and in a very good condition. Super satisfied with my purchase!

I wanted a quick introduction of what Biophilia is all about & this book gives me a good source of idea of the interactions humans & nature have. I recommend it if you’re a nature lover & wants to bring a touch of nature into your home.

Sally does such a thorough job teaching us how to use the principles of biophilia to positively impact our lives. Although the book is packed with information, it's outlined in such a way that the material is very easy to digest - something I definitely appreciate. As a designer, I'll be keeping this on hand to refer back to in the future.Sally's writing style allowed me to get lost in her words and I actually found myself wanting to scramble to see what other books she's written! Definitely a great read for anyone with a good cup of coffee on a relaxing Saturday morning.
