Q: Are they true to size? I’m usually a size large.

I ordered the M/L . I weigh 162 lbs and am 5'3''. They fit ok, but were a little more snug than I would have preferred. However they are very stretchable and if you usually fit into a large, they should work well. I usually go for an XL in regular panties but they did not offer that size at the time I ordered.

Q: Are these reusable or disposable??

I have washed the items several time and they are fine, they eventually stretch out, and then I dispose of the item.

It shouldn't matter they are one size fits all any which way
