Easy to load and set up. Good value for the money. Water gets very cold. Hot water gets hot.

This item is perfect for me as i can no longer lift the bottles. Its got hot and cold and works just fine. Nice and quiet as well...highly recommend!

Looks pretty, but as you can see, you can only fill one glass of water that will be cool not cold ,then after that I hope you don’t have any one else who wants cool water because noooo you don’t have any only room temperature. Update:This water cooler has boke alreadythe plastic float part inside the cooler that attaches to the water cooler hose and tank. This is a very poor product. I do not recomend any one purchesing it.

Both hot and cold-water work really well.

Water is not as cold as previous water dispenser but since water is underneath rather than on top. Have not yet tested hot water.

I haven’t been able to use it yet because I’m having work done to my home. I’m excited to get to see how it does.

I ordered this water machine and got maybe one week’s use out of it before it started leaking all over my carpet. Note that it took about a week before the water tasted normal. I thought, maybe I installed the tube inside the water jug wrong but no. Even after moving the dispenser to a hardwood floor and watching YouTube videos on properly installing the tube, it still leaked. I contacted the seller only to be told I cannot return the item; and asked what part of the dispenser was leaking (although I detailed EVERYTHING in my request). I informed them I did not wish to return it, however I wanted them to uphold their warrant policy and replace the item. I haven’t heard from them in weeks. And there is no way to directly contact them outside of Amazon. It’s possible we got a faulty dispenser but Do Not Buy from this seller.
