I work in a treatment center for at-risk youth and that carries some heavy stresses that come with the territory of that work environment.For a few months, I had been catching myself after work trying to unwind and relax, but never being able to really let go of my stress and anxiety from the work day.I've had kava in the past and appreciated its effects, especially the mental separation it allows, it's not really a feeling of inebriation, more like a slight mental vacation.But it tastes disgusting.I bought these pills, not knowing what to expect. I love that I don't have to deal with the taste of kava, but can still get the benefits from it.

Definitely helps with relaxation. I only take it when I know I’m staying in for the night because it can make me very tired but it’s great for those type of days. I take one capsule and I’m 124 lbs so I’m sure it doesn’t have as strong of an effect on someone bigger.

I bought this due to the quality of the product and to support a woman's organization. The first night when I woke at midnight I took a capsule and 3 hours later I was still not back to sleep. The second night when I woke up at 1:30am I took 2 caps and it did nothing for me. I did buy another brand and that worked so I am not sure why there is such a difference in its ability to work.

Not that good!! Went back to other brand. And this was more expensive.

I can feel this brand begin to relieve pain and stress within 30-40 minutes! This brand is half the cost of other brands I’ve used! It is win - win for me!!!

i am kinda new to kava, and i love how it calms my anxiety. so far i have tried paste (gross, but it worked), another pill that didn't work well, and some powder, which I attempted to make into a delicious drink, but proceeded to splatter my entire kitchen with what looks amazingly like mud (and myself, as well). unfortunately it tasted amazingly like mud as well. when i opened these i could definitely smell the kava...the other pills i could not. here's hoping they work! :)ps...i now wish i had taken pictures of my mud splatters...GASP! i didn't check the ceiling!
