The product was delivered on time, even better it fit and works perfectly. I would recommend it and the vendor anytime. The Li-ion pack is better than the nickel metal hydride pack it replace, it is also a little lighter in weight.

Product was as advertised... and received in less than 36 hours! Very fast.

There are many OEM batteries to choose from and although most of them look identical, sometimes it comes down to "luck of the draw,"I can only say that my last OEM replacement battery lasted a few days before I got a warning sign on the computer to "replace the battery."This one charged up right away and maintains its charge nicely.I haven't had it long so I can't comment on durability but I am confident that this battery is an excellent choice compared to my previous one.

(See updated review below) The first one I got flat-lined after about 2 months. They were kind enough to send me a replacement which worked ok as it's an old computer that I don't use a lot so all I really need is for it to keep a little charge so if the power goes out I have some time to shut the computer down. This was about all the battery was doing. I would fully charge it and with no use the battery was dead again within a week. As I said, as long as I could charge it I was ok with it. I should have returned it though as of today the battery is flat dead again and won't charge and my year warranty is up by a few months.10-27-2021... Okay... I may have to eat my last review because my battery suddenly started working again! Weird! Not only does it work, but it actually kept a charge after a week and it never did this before. This all happened after another Windows 10 update... originally I had Windows 7 on the computer and it has never worked perfectly since I got Win 10. Anyway... maybe it had something to do with the charging system. We'll see what happens.

Battery only a couple weeks in use so longevity is not really possible to rate but to give less than five without knowing if any issues would paint a potentially inaccurate picture. It fit with no problem, shipped quickly and is working great at the moment.

This product arrived as advertised and charged up quickly. It lasts at least three hours at normal operating conditions before reaching the critical 7% power. Couldn't truly rate longevity as have only had for two months.

Would recommend this to all my friends
