Easy to fit and use certainly value for money

Robust attic latch but no rdedicated reciever meant a tricky installation.
Not getting a dedicated reciever made it difficult to adapt to existing reciever. Rather than simply centering in existing mortise space, and engaging with the old reciever , I had to widen the lock aperture so as to offset it (vertically) in attic door by about 5mm. A tricky chiselling job but it really all depends on whatever door configuration you happen to have. But the lock itself is very robust with an internal spring that neatly snaps between open and shut.
