Q: After testing the spinner part stopped working. Should it continuously spin/Click even once all product has been used?

Once it clicks into place it cannot be turned the opposite direction. They are not reusable.

Q: Has anyone tried to boil these? Need to know how I can sanitize them.

I don't see why you can't. I just wouldn't boil the part with bristles.
