Works Well
Well made Sinwa. Sinwa is the real name for this type of fine screen strainer. It's well made and does what it is supposed to do. This is used in cooking for straining broths, or gravies and other liquids to remove any very small particles to make a better broth, gravy or other liquids

Think twice before buying this
It’s an OK product but be careful to check the size. This thing is huge. It’s so big you should make sure you have something in your kitchen that is deep enough to hang it in unless you have a food-safe plastic pail you are willing to use. And with all the warnings about hot food and plastic, how many of us want to do that? With the cost of shipping this back, you are basically stuck with it if you order it. It’s so big it is essentially useless in many home kitchens. Beware.
