Great strings
The strings settled within a couple of hours of play, it never happened on my guitar. The intonation is very precise all the way to the XII fret. The sound of the nylon set is very balanced yet it offers excellent projection. I can’t say much about longevity yet but they do look in very good shape after a busy day of playing. Top quality.

My go-to strings
As a professional classical guitarist I have tried many strings! First thing is to match the strings to the sound and wood of your guitar. That aside most guitars would be very happy with a set of these strings.1. Good tone,2. Long enough lasting to be a little lazy on changing them3. And versatile for many different periods / styles of music

Serviceable tone - superb longevity
While the tone of these strings is certainly not 5 star material (my guitar has definitely sounded better!) it is certainly not bad by any means. They have natural responsiveness and generally feel okay to play. Once they have settled they can hold their tuning for a reasonably long time too.The real strong suit of these strings I find, is their longevity. I have had the same set on for a little more than a year and they have only just began to dull appreciably in the past month or so.I would recommend these for value conscious students, or those who will be practicing often. Definitely not "performance grade" though.

Good tone - surprisingly playable…
The recommended strings for Alhambra guitars. Went on to my P4. Good round tone and surprisingly playable despite the extra hard tension. Tuning stabilised quite quickly. These are going to be my go to strings for the P4

Not sure they're worth it
I've been using D'Addario coated strings on acoustic guitars for years so thought I'd give these a go on my new nylon-strung axe. Rookie mistake.Firstly I overlooked the fact that only half the strings have any metal on them. The three pure nylon strings don't really need a "hydrophobic" (water repelling) coating then, do they. They're not going to rust, even if you're the type to change your strings just once a century. So, a bit of a waste then.Secondly, even after weeks of playing, I'm finding the metal wound strings very much brighter than the others. To the extent that it's really noticeable when playing. It sounds like you're playing a duet with someone else - which is fine, if that's the sound you're after. 😏They're quality strings, of course, nicely packaged, a pleasure to set up, etc. But tone is everything. And I don't think the tone works, since it's uneven across the board. If you still want to give these a try, a piece of advice: give them at least a week to settle. I couldn't believe how long it took them to stabilise. (I used the "leave them tuned up a half step" approach to stretching them evenly.)

D'Addario XTC 46 Classical Guitar Strings
These strings are absolutely brilliant by far the best Classical guitar strings I've tried & tested , better than the standard D'Addario Pro Arte set , I would recommend paying the extra and going for these they last much longer and sound better to .A☆☆☆☆☆
