Perfect Replacement for Epson V500 Scanner Power Supply
My Epson V500 has done all I've asked of it for years and it's early morning death was unexpected.A bit of quick probing showed nothing coming out of the power supply and an on-line search for an original replacement was fruitless. This came up on Amazon, DC 24V 2 Amps output so just right. Delivered next day, quality looks good with generous cable lengths, just plugged it in and the scanner was back in business. Connector size is spot on. Even has a 3 year manufacturer warranty which I hope I don't have to test.Early days but if longevity checks out then well worth the £18 and easier than buying and setting up a new scanner. Keeping the old scanner going is also a much greener option than sending the old V500 to the tip.A good find and money well spent.
