I have a sensitive scalp. I love this. It exfoliates without drying out the scalp. It really feels good on, is easy to apply , and rinses out easily. It is totally worth the price. Highly recommend

The first time I use this on my husband’s scalp, my fingers turn grey! It really cleans your scalp with a bit of minty feeling, love the quality and it makes your hair feels great!

This product did work. I noticed A change however that was it! The first time. I waited sev weeks before trying again with no result. For the price I’m not sure as in my case “A single use can s not worth it.

Nioxin's lines of products are typically designed to thicken hair and stimulate the scalp. I have used their 3 step hair care and found it works to keep my hair growing in with less hair fall. I have very long hair but recently have had hair fall and some thinning. This seems to happen after I get sick with Covid. I purchased this scalp scrub assuming it would stimulate my scalp. The directions say to apply it to a dry head. I followed the directions (just last night) and I had to rinse grit out of my hair for two shampoos and had excessive hair fall in the shower. Clumps of hair came out. All day long my head tingled on and off. Maybe I cleared some product build up away, maybe the hair would have fallen out anyway, but there was a definite reaction to this product. Do not use it if you have a sensitive scalp and thinning hair. There is little in terms of product description included in the package, a problem I have with Nioxin in general. I want to know what to expect from a product rather than deciphering active ingredients on my own. Tell me about the ingredients and how they work together to achieve a result, I have come to expect it from product packaging. I still use the 3 step Nioxin system for thinning hair, but this isn't something I will use on my own head again. This did make the hair at my roots feel softer, but it was too cleansing and stripping for me. For psoriasis or dandruff prone hair this might be better, but again, not if you have compounded thinning concerns. If my hair stops falling out and I have sprouts of growth I will update with a better, more fabulous review. But this is my honest experience to date.

This product surpassed my expectations! My daughter had incredible build up on her hair and this stuff helped lift away all the dandruff and dead skin. It was a little hard to rinse out, but we used the entire product on one use. I highly recommend this product. Will buy again and use in a month or so for a re treat

I had lost almost all the hair on the top of my head. I had it all shaved off and used this as part of my regrowth process. The hair all grew back. I continue to use it

1st time trying this product and I love it. I started struggling with dandruff over the summer after I got a sun burn on my scalp. Everything I have tried hasn’t helped until this product. I washed my hair first, used nioxin purifying exfoliate second and then conditioner third. I was bummed when I got out of the shower and saw flakes still but the next morning not a single flake to be found! So happy I tried this. I’ll be using it monthly.

After two uses I have noticed a major difference in the amount of dandruff my scalp produces between washes. I have natural hair and this worked wonderfully without drying my hair or irritating my scalp. Would definitely recommend and repurchase.
