Q: is this arriving in a sealed package?

Yes. It comes between two pieces of clear plastic. You keep the plastic and the envelope and use to keep it clean and to store.

Q: can this be cut into more than one piece for other areas?

There are other sizes in different packages no need to cut. There are patches for almost all areas.

Q: How long does this last? Or do the wrinkles come back if you stop using them?

It lasts for a few hours and then they come back. Not sure if over time when used on a daily basis there if there is a longer carryover or the benefit. I also think it depends if you have wrinkles because of expression lines (which would be very hard to get rid of since you're using those muscles throughout the day) or just wrinkles from sagging skin. I'm assuming it would be easier to see some more longer lasting change with the latter.

Q: How does it stick to your forehead?

It’s a sticky silicone pad. It is self adhesive. I just remove it from the package and place the sticky side on my forehead. Personally I apply it during the day time for an hour or so. (Not at night). It is advertised to be re-usable up to 30 applications (to be washed with clear water regularly, and air-dry before storing it ). I have only used it 6 times...I see results, but needs to be used daily.
