Great Containers
I was honestly a little concerned before I bought these. You will see quite a few post complaining that the lids and container are flimsy. Don't worry about any those. After opening them and playing with them for a few minutes and using them for a little while now all of those fears have been put to rest. Are they as thick as as Tupperware? No.Do they need to be? Absolutely not. These containers do everything that they should do flawlessly. They hold my food and keep it separated easily. Most importantly, they make planning my lunches out and portioning them out stupid simple. The containers have some give to them but not in a bad way. I think flexible is more of an appropriate term for them.I will say though that for the most part I keep mine flat. I don't put them in a backpack. I simply just carry it into work and put it in the fridge. I did find that some lovely individual had rearranged the work fridge like a bull in a china shop and mine ended tipped up on it's side. Everything stayed in place and nothing leaked out. Some of the sauce ran over from another container...but seriously it all ends up in the same place so who cares. Will you be able to make your container do summer-salts and expect the juice from your food to not be able to enter the other compartments? No, and by the way...what are you doing to your food between making it and eating it?These work great for me and I would highly suggest them.

Great container and company.
I decided to get my life together (finally) and start eating better. I wanted to prep meal to keep me from picking up “fast” meals. After looking around amazon for what felt like forever I came upon these containers and thought they were perfect because unlike some of the other meal prep containers these have 3 compartments. I find that when I use the ones with 1 or 2 it’s harder to measure portions.A tip when closing the containers: take your fingers and press along the entire perimeter of the container. You will hear it snapping shut. I find that’s the best way to secure it, I haven’t had a leak yet. To open there’s a tab on the corner; it’s always come off pretty easy for me. It unsnaps just like it snapped on.When I first opened them I had a little problem with one of the containers. I don’t know how it happened but I was washing it and it broke. I had only used it once so I was confused but I remember it had a lifetime guarantee so I contacted the company, they took care of it right away. They’re customer service was amazing and I’ll defiantly be ordering from this company again. Customer service is a big thing to me because I hate spending money on a product and the company treats you like you don’t matter or don’t stand behind their product. I can say for sure that they do!The new containers are doing great (see pictures) pay no attention to my horrible cooking. I have out them in the freezer, microwave, left them in my car (I live in AZ) and they have been fine. Good buy.

A good lunch date
I've used these for a few weeks now and am pleased with their performance. They stack neatly for storage and are handily cleaned in the dishwasher. They are indeed more sturdy than restaurant take-out trays, but I suspect they are also less sturdy than grocery-store brand tupperware-esque products. I don't have confirmation, but the shells and lids are much more rigid, so I can see how they might break more easily under force. I've been careful to when opening/closing so as to avoid this scenario.I've not experienced leakage, but here again I've been careful to not allow the trays to tip over during transport: you will want to keep this in mind, because keeping them flat in a plastic bag is easy while doing so in a backpack presents a tricky balancing act. If you've packed items without sauces/gravies, you probably won't have to worry about this.I've definitely enjoyed being able to bring these to work as opposed to an assortment of containers.

Not awesome, but not horrible.
There were three things I was worried about when I read reviews about these and wanted to give my feadback for people that might have wanted a more detailed review. I read:1) The lids are not durable or easily breakable: I just received these so I can't say whether it is true or not. If it is, I will do a follow up. However, the plastic for the lids does feel thin and stiff. Also I noticed tiny bubbles within the plastic on the corners of each lid which might compromise the integrity of the plastic in those spots. I read a couple of reviews of people who experienced problems with the corners breaking.2) The lids don't close or seal properly: I can see where people had issue with this. The lids do close and have a good seal if they are closed correctly. However, it's hard to tell if you've closed it good enough. The lids have a tiny little ridge of plastic that works with the container to snap and seal. When you press them firmly together there is a snapping sound, but this ridge is not a consistent thickness all around so simetimes you don't hear that sound... which causes that doubt of it being closed all the way. I tested it by pouring water in it, shutting it, and seeing if any spills by flipping and turning it. No leaks for me.3) There are three seperate compartments but they are not leak proof... there will be cross contamination if the lid is closed and you put the container at an angle where liquid will want to move from its spot. This is true! I poured water to test this. The water moves freely from compartment to compartment. There is not a seal at all between the lid and container to prevent this. I think what the product information meant by self-contained compartments was simply there is a seperate compartment for each of your three items...they are contained seperatly.I hope this helps :)
