This Aloe Vera doesn’t have a bitter taste. I drink 2 ounces every morning and it doesn’t upset my stomach. Price is also reasonable.

I have been using this for several months now. So far, I can see results with skin, hair and overall, I feel healthier. I take roughly 3 oz every morning with my favorite juice. Arthritic pain and other pains aren't quite as bad. The taste isn't great alone, but I'd imagine straight aloe I wouldn't enjoy the taste too much. lol For me, this tastes best with a green or tropical juice. One of my Siberian huskies, (13.5 yr old senior, allergies, mild arthritis), also enjoys this with organic unsweetened apple juice...seems to also help him...less licking and itching paws...and he's nearly as active as a pup still.

I mistakenly bought this for the gel of the same manufacturer. I was planning to do a DIY hydrating serum with my favorite carrier oil and essential oils. I ended up with using it as a toner alone on its own. It is not suitable to be used as a toner because I found that when it dries, there is a thin white patch from the juice coating my face, may be the products used as preservatives. I was disappointed there....At the same occasion, I was experiencing a lot of bloating and stomach discomfort as a result of taking garcinia for wanting to slim down. It was really hurting me for three days. I performed countless attempt on searching for curing my bloating.Suddenly.... I realise aloe vera has many benefits but have not encountered evidence that it may be associated with curing bloating.Finally, as a matter of so really desperate, I take two tablespoon of this aloe vera juice, combine with three to four slices of lemon with the juice strained, and a tablespoon of honey, make them as a concoction with about 400ml of warm water. Drink the concoction, it is a miracle. Out goes the gas and my abdomen decreased in tightness and became less discomfort. I drank thrice a day, every morning and every 30 minutes before my main meals (lunch and dinner). I made this as a habit until today. It is a great feeling and I hope I will never experience the same bloating discomfort ever again.That was the wonder of this aloe vera juice! It works as a cure and prevention of bloating! It works great as ingestion product! The reason for giving it a four star is because it is not suitable as my face toner!

I purchased this product because I started working on a farm and I keep getting sunburn! I needed something to soothe the burn and promote healing. This aloe did the trick! I am so happy I purchased this product! I was using another aloe at first which worked okay but this one seems like much higher quality to me. It was important to me that the aloe I use be preservative free. It was also a plus that this aloe was organic! I believe that keeping this aloe in the fridge also helped to soothe my burns. I have finally stopped burning since I am developing a tan so I am no longer using this aloe for that purpose but I decided to drink the aloe since I read that it can help to heal your gut lining. Now, the aloe is not very good tasting but I can swallow a sip or two a day if it has health benefits! I wonder if it is so bitter because it is made of the whole leaf? I also recently started to swish the aloe around my mouth to help keep my teeth and gums healthy. I found that if my mouth has any canker sores or if my gums are sore that swishing the aloe can really help with any pain I am experiencing. This is one of the cleanest aloe products I have found. The others all seem to have tons of ingredients including dyes. I am so happy I found this product! I would recommend this to friends and family members. I would also repurchase this product to use on sunburn, for healing, or to help promote digestion. I feel like this product is very fairly priced and it does the trick!

My naturopathic Dr. recommended Organic Whole Leaf Aloe Vera Juice when I had been experiencing digestive "agida". Some time after that I had read a letter that was published by the VP Foundation. Someone expressed the benefits of this product for her digestive issues as well, for she had Irritable Bowel Syndrome. First, this organic aloe vera juice not have a bad taste~~~no bitterness at all~~~nothing to make you feel as though you are gagging. Keep it refrigerated after opening, drink two ounces 20 minutes prior to a meal, three times a day. How does it really taste? When you think of the benefits derived you get used to the taste~~which is not terrible. My Dr. said that it can be taken even more often than three times daily. It has helped so much with acid reflux that I rarely have symptoms. If any had occurred this product provided long lasting relief. Fortunately, the issue is no longer an issue even when at times I have forgotten to have taken Lily Of The Desert Organic....aloe vera juice. In my experience it brings relief quickly. I still take it once or twice a day as a prophylactic. We need to be sure that we do not eat foods that aggravate the acid situation. Please understand that I am not advocating that this product can take the place of a prescription. I have had reactions to medications, and my naturopath Dr. is well aware of this hence his recommendation. (He practices integrative medicine). It may have other uses, too, but in the context that I have described Lily Of The Desert Aloe Vera Juice Organic Whole Leaf works perfectly for me.
