If you were recommended to drink this for health issues I am sorry. But it works so well! The taste is horrendous, but the bowel rest and pain free symptoms is worth the horrible taste. I got my package fast and was surprised. It was estimated to arrive a week after I ordered but showed up 2 days after I ordered and it was nearing Christmas! Just amazing!
