The media could not be loaded. I bought this for the Health benefits . I found attaching the jar handle was difficult due to arthritic hands. Would prefer if it was already built. Instructions could be clearer on how to set up electric leads. That being said. Totally in shock to see the end result. The residue left in distiller afterwards to say the least was disgusting. The quality of distiller is very good. It functions well and I use it daily so far . The taste of water is different however I've found when refrigerated, taste improves.

Does anyone know how to get separate pieces for this machine? I'm looking for the little glass piece that holds the filter since mine broke and unfortunately I heard nothing from the seller after getting in touch with them

Probably my Best Buy for ages.I love it. I had no idea how dirty the tap water was until I had to refill the Distiller. There was something that looked like mud at the bottom of it! See photo. What’s in the glass jug is water during the cleaning process. I put clean tap water into the distiller and washed out the solids. I was shocked that the water in the jug was so murky.I also know that there are ‘invisible’ products in tap water that can’t be determined by a visual inspection and cannot be removed by filters.This product offers peace of mind where it’s critical to avoid poor quality tap water; water filters cannot do what this does.Ease of use. I find it a bit cumbersome to clean but it’s worth it.I cannot return to water filters now!

Jug very flimsy considering overall price paid for distilling machine + jug i bought a Pyrex jug instead

This is a heavy item. It is easy to set up when one follows the User Manual. The materials used are excellent quality. This is all set up in my kitchen and used daily. Well worth the money because the difference in the water taste and clarity is amazing. I feel better just looking at the distilled water in the glass 4 litre Container. I cook with it, drink it, provide dogs water bowls and clean teeth and wash in it. Will start to use it when preparing essential oils products. I have niggles -reasons for only 4*-The handle is insecure with the bolt + nut+steel band especially when full. Pouring finished product from full container needs a pouring adapter........It takes 3 hours 40 mins to produce. Thinking of buying another!! Health professionals state body functioning should improve without chemicals allergens etc. V.Happy:)

Have had it for a few months. So far so good. Distilles the jug full in about 3hours. Easy to keep clean if you spray with white vinegar after every use.

The media could not be loaded. Wow!!!!! I don’t write reviews very often but wow what is in our drinking water!!! The reside left behind after filtration/distillation in the chamber is absolutely disgusting... I used a glass of the fresh water from the glass jug to rinse it out. You can see for yourself in the video the residue that has settled at the bottom of the glass is disgusting! I will never drink tap water again!! This is amazing!!! Do not hesitate to buy !
