Cuisinart products are almost always a safe bet. I purchased two. My standard cornbread recipe fit perfectly in two pans, so if you are using these with a standard cake mix, you may want to consider buying two. They bake evenly and removal was easy, but I did put a small amount of Crisco in them. They also cleaned up nicely.
