Q: Will a Pentax A 645 600mm f/5.6 fit inside?

I'm not a Pentax shooter, but my Nikon 800mm PF 6.3 fits easily as does my 180-400 F4E TC 1.4 lens with Z9/8 camera attached.

Q: Will this fit the new canon rf 600mm l lens with the permanently attached rf adapter?

Based on the dimensions of the lens, it should fit.

Q: Anyone know if this will hold a sigma 150-600mm sport lens with nikon d4 attached?

I can put my Canon EF 200-400mm f/4L IS USM Extender 1.4x lens with a camera in Think Tank Photo Glass Limo. The length of the lens is 14.4 inches, which is longer than 10.2 inches of the Sigma 150-600mm lens.

Length wise, there shouldn't be an issue.My 500mm fits, but it's tight if I have a body attached as well. 400mm f2.8: 378mm in length500mm f4: 387mm in lengthThat said, where things will get tricky is in the diameter. 400mm f2.8: 163mm in diameter ( unknown with hood and cover installed ) 500mm f4: 140mm in diameter ( 180mm with hood and soft cover installed ) The 500mm ( with hood and soft cover ) fits with approximately a 3/4 inch ( 20cm ) gap between the lensand the bag wall. Official internal dimensions on the bag are 22.1cm W x 21.1cm DIf we -assume- your lens hood and soft cover adds 40mm to the overall diameter as my 500 does, that would give you just over 200mm total diameter. Which puts you within the maximum internal dimensions, but justbarely. It will be a close fit for sure.
