I bought this machine from you 11th of June a fortunately it has broken down,the motor doesn’t run it will be possible to return to you to rectify,i haven’t got the book,I am waiting for your reply thank you, I wrote to you about my machine it doesn’t work as until now I haven’t received anything from you,I have a machine is doesn’t work please have the courtesy to reply

very easy to use once you fill the machine you can clean the carpets and they dry in about one hour

product is excellent

This I probably the worst product I’ve ever used and trying to return it even though Amazon has been a pain and still not resolved. Never again

I liked:It looks nice, it is good for a floor wipe down, it has a functional spray, it is light enough to use without much effort.I wasn't keen on:It is quite noisy, it absorbs dirt into the pad without sucking it away, it seems like it is doing a lot but actually no more than a mop (actually less because you cannot lift it and rinse it in a bucket). I cleaned my black kitchen tiles and expected no smear. Actually because the detergent remains on the floor (without a rinse) it is worse than cleaning it with the mop.I will return mine but this functionality may suit others.

I must have been using it wrong or my floors are beyond cleaning. Returned and stuck to the brand I know works. Best decision.
