Comfortable Right Out Of The Box
Some of the best shoes I’ve ever had. Comfortable right out of the box with good heal and arch support. I use these for sport casual wear, but walk everywhere and anywhere with them. Have two older pairs now for casual hiking too. Good price and fine quality. Highly recommend!

Good shoe! have bought three of them so far.
In Short:Good shoes, good laces, and are a great pick for work.In Long:Good quality shoes, laces hold up well, color is nice and the arch is not too high. They only last me about two years, but I really tare up my cloths so anything that last a year for me will likely last serval for other people. They grip the ground and make travel in the mountains easy, and they also do not hurt your feet when you walk around town.I have really wide feet, and I struggle to find shoes that fit me (will have to get custom boots this winter my dang hobbit feet won't stop getting broader). It is often a question of which shoes hurts the least, rather than which shoe is the most comfortable. Then about four years ago my mother found these and got me a pair. And for the first time since I was thirteen, they were bearable! And once I broke them in they were even slightly comfortable! I can only imagine how comfortable these would be for someone who has normal feet, because for me these are the best shoes I have worn for a very long time.

Comfortable shoe that doesn’t hold up for long
I’ve owned over 10 pairs of these in the last 5 years. The positives- they look great, & are comfortable, a secure fit is the best way to describe them. Excellent shoe if you are a service business & on your feet all day, slippery surfaces they do well. Very water resistant. Good hiking shoe. The negatives- the price is a hair high for the quality, the shoelaces are a little too short so may want to order a longer pair, the biggest negative is the quality, just be aware that if you work in these you will need to buy a new pair at least every 6 months. They delaminate on the sides first & at the toes. But I keep buying them because I can’t find anything as comfortable & that has a good support of the foot. Keen please make the quality of these better

Expensive shoes that rapidly fall apart
Updated yet again. I've worn the replacement pair that Keen sent me for about two months and the sole of one of them is already coming off. The glue on this pair is better, this time the grey rubber layer is tearing instead.I'm done with Keen. Don't waste your money. Don't waste the blisters of breaking in a new pair that'll almost immediately fall apart on you.--Updated again. I liked these shoes enough initially to buy a couple more pairs of the same thing before they were discontinued, like every comfortable shoe always is when I need a replacement. Started wearing the next pair and both soles were peeling off in multiple places in just a few miles of walking on pavement. The glue holding the black layer to the grey layer had no strength at all, I could peel the whole thing apart with just finger pressure.I complained to KEEN and they sent me a free replacement pair, which was stand up service by them.So final word is that QC is spotty but service is excellent and if you get a good pair then these are excellent hiking shoes.--Updated: I got about 6 months out of these shoes, which is average for me. The uppers held up like new. The soles peeled off while there was still a bit of tread left but they were already getting too thin to wear much longer. The glue holding the soles on also started to lift up around the edges but shoe goo fixed it. Keeping the 4 star rating.--These are real hiking shoes with good support, a stiff sole, and plenty of padding. They feel solid and durable. Breathability is not very good, the vented area isn't very big and the tongue is gusseted with very little slack so you can't open the shoes up to dry faster. The curved edges of the sole around the arch of your foot, on both sides of the Keen logo, are perfectly shaped to squeeze great roostertails of mud up and outwards onto your other leg, or anyone walking near you.The laces are at least a foot longer than they have any reason to be, and the loop the top of the heel is inexplicably and idiotically not actually at the top of the heel so it crumples on the way on every time.I wear a 12D and these fit as expected.

Keen
First I'm a big fan of Keen shoes, I've tried lots of other brands but always come back to Keen.. why, fit, cost, waterproofing, and wear and tear... You cannot go wrong with Keen, especially if you want a comfortable tie box,

The media could not be loaded. 1. Build looks Quality.2. Size True I thought I was 11 tried on a pair of Crew Keens 11.5's and 11 Targhee at a local store and I would say the 11.5's were too big. 11's perfect.3. Feel: immediately my foot was at home the form and D/regular width not EE/WIDE feels fine and my foot is not narrow.4. First Pair of Keen.5. I need shoes that breathe and these do.6.Color: uniform Dark Earth Brown Leather doubble stitched Blues appear to be a subtle dark Blue venting and Not quite Teal tongue and ankle area.7. Meaty Tread appears to be adhered well.8. Absolutely thinking that these shoes may convince me to always own a pair of Keens. Plan to update based on my use of these shoes on 2026. Plan to go on easy to moderate trails. Use on concrete at work. I do DIY home and shop projects too so they will get used pretty well.
