I stayed dry riding down the highway in a thunderstorm in a car with no roof or windshield for 2 days sitting in a wet seat. Enough said.

The media could not be loaded.  Product works as expected. You stay dry. The stretchy material is a nice upgrade from the old style rain gear. I would say this product is well suited for the recreational sport fisher. It could probably even hold up as guide pro in durability. Days on the water will be the test of that. Fit is true. I am 200lbs 6.1 and size Large fits well. I will say that I am at the top of range for a size large and anyone over 6.1 should go for extra large. My suspenders are maxed out. I could comfortably wear the standard Carhart dbl front pants under them. I would classify this as a light weight rain gear best use spring and fall. You might want to go with gortex bib for winter Early spring Late fall in the PNW. Tight lines.

The bib fits in the legs and chest but the shoulder straps are loosened completely and still pulling the pants up into my crotch. I bought an XL in a different style Grundens bib and the straps were fine. I’m 6’2” 120 lbs with a athletic build for reference.

I don't use for fishing but it works great in the rain

My husband works in a fish market and during the Christmas order rush, wears these nonstop for a few days to work on defrosting buckets of frozen shrimp. It's messy work but also a dangerous combo with the cold air when he has to run in and out of the walk in freezer and with dumping the water. These are a Godsend. Using the helpful size guide, we ordered a medium so he would have room for layering but they would not be swimming on him. (Pardon the pun.) They are so well-made and he appreciates that they are lightweight. The straps are comfortable and well-made as well. Also, the compostable packaging caused me, his wife, to change my shipping materials for my own small business to biodegradable materials. Everything else on these rainpants are fine except that they glued the top part of the pockets.When it comes undone it let's in a good amount of water

As a large animal veterinarian, I've struggled with finding suitable OB wear since covid began (my old suits came from Denmark and were specially designed for cattle obstetrical work.) I have ordered (and returned) several brands and sizes of women's and men's fishing gear to try to replace my old bibs. This particular size, style, and brand has been the first I have found that are long enough, high enough in the bib flap, and have straps that hold up after numerous washings. I usually wash them in warm water, and air dry. They fit nicely over insulated coveralls which are needed in this chilly northern climate, and they keep me totally dry. (I plan to order a size smaller for spring/summer work when I don't need coveralls underneath.) There is the slightest layer of lining which I think makes them hold up better in the washer. The women's were TOO SHORT, but these are perfect! Thanks Grundens for solving my work dilemma.......if only they made rubber sleeve jackets!!!
