I bought this supplement back in 2013, it was my first time taking creatine. On supplements, I like to wait to review them until after I have tried other brands and can compare them.My perspective is - this stuff is great! The pump that I would have during and after workouts when I was using this stuff was incredible! And if I went to the gym at least 5 days a week, I had a pump all the time! I looked like I had put on 10 pounds of muscle after about a week of using it. I also had strength gains as I was continually increasing my power in accordance with my training protocol.5/5 - Great Price - Try it out

One of the best creatine on the market with really good results. Makes you stronger and able to pound your body a lot harder with fast recovery. I put a tablespoon of creatine in my mouth and wash it down with water. You can also use your favorite juice. I do not recommend doing the loading phase because it's a waste of product and money. You don't need to do that. Your body will only absorbed so much creatine and the rest will be wasted. Just start off by taking 1 tablespoon per day (5 grams) preferably at least 1 hour before a workout. You can take creatine for months or even years before you need to increase its dosage to 10 grams daily depending on your routine and body. (2 tablespoons per day = 10 grams). I would then take it once in the morning and once in the evening.

Do not take the 20grams as recommended, they do it on purpose so you would run out of creatine sooner and have to buy more. If you take more than 10 grams a day, your body will just try to get rid of it, you will go to the restroom a lot especially if you are taking dextrose(D-glucose) with creatine. The insulin spike is important in absorbing creatine, but do not take it too long. You have to cycle your intake, I usually take it for 3 weeks, stop taking it for 1-1.5 weeks then go back on it, without the overloading phase. Find out what works for you. Also, it only works if you work out a lot and eat properly, do not blame the product if it doesn't work, it is mostly your diet and how you workout that is holding you back. Creatine only gives you the extra push when you lift, so it makes 5-15% difference to those who actually lift and eat properly. If you are not one of them, you are wasting your time, energy, and money.

This is my first time trying Creatine and I am rather pleased with the results. As you may have read in other reviews, fast-twitch muscle, & athletic speed and power are increased, as well as a toning effect on musculature. I'm not exactly "ripped" or "shredded" but there is a noticeable difference in muscle tone and definition. The taste is almost non-existent and the powder is of fine consistency.

Mixes well and has no taste, which is a good thing. The typical dose is 5g per day, but I do 3.5g per day as maintenance, and this a 30 day supply of 3.5g. Yes, the package is 1/2 the size of other brands because #1, it's only 100 grams compared to the typical tub of 150g. And #2, the manufacturer didn't feel it was necessary to make the container 2x the size it needed to be (like everyone else). Adding this to my monthly subscibe and save shipment. :)

If you look this product up online, you will find a lot of praise for it because it used to have the Creapure seal of quality. You can still see the small Creapure logo up on the top right of Amazon's product thumbnail (the orange label is the old one; the label is now blue). Lesser quality creatine often contains toxic impurities due to incomplete synthesis. I bought this brand regularly because that logo meant it was chemically analyzed and guaranteed to be free of such impurities. I received a new shipment yesterday with fancy new label art, but the product no longer carries the Creapure logo. Be aware of this fact before you purchase this creatine. I returned mine because it was not what I expected.

Excellent bargain, 3 months in and I take it every day and still have literally a TON left in the canister. Excellent quality, highly recommended. I have consistently seen gains in both muscle size, vascularity, and strength and endurance. Not joke and not a placebo I give this product 2 thumbs up.

I recently purchased this item on Amazon because I was busy and didn’t have time to buy it at my regular place. Im showing you the picture of what I normally buy and the product I just bought. Creatine is very inexpensive and can get it pretty much anywhere. I literally received half of what I usually get and it’s more expensive. Buyer beware on this one. It’s a total ripoff. Will never buy this brand again
