Very impressed!
Wow, I'm shocked by this fertilizer! I haven't fed as many of my plants and trees as I want to yet, but I did do a test area in my yard. A week or so before finding this product, we dethatched our yard and put down grass seed. By the time of receiving this, the seed had sprouted but not much was happening. I read ok the bag that this works great in unison with a N-P-K feed. So, I did exactly that. I fed a 4-foot square of my yard with this and a balanced N-P-K fertilizer I had already on hand. Well, let me tell y'all... that little area is so beautifully lush and a deep dark green compared to the rest of the yard. I'm thinking It has to be this or even the mix of the 2. So last night I went back out and Picked 2 smaller areas to test just this product alone and then the other with the N-P-K alone. I'm going to allow as many days as I did the 4-foot area. I have a large yard so I'd like to be certain before investing in something I won't need. If indeed It's not just the balanced feed alone I will be purchasing enough for my front and back yard. I slung the product by hand but not sure if I'll use a spreader or not for the entire yard. I've never seen my yard look so dense and healthy. I have spent tons of money on my yard's health and appearance.i truly believe If it's a quality product and really works then the price is so worth it. This bag is small, so I hope they offer larger sizes.

A different type of fertilizer; The granule size make it tricky to spread
The point of this production is to put back other key minerals into the soils, like calcium, magnesium, and iron. In turn, these minerals help grow healthier plants. For example, iron helps deepen the green of lawns while helping the plants grow strong roots and become more drought tolerant. This is different from typical lawn fertilizer which focus on nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P), and potassium (K). If you are wondering, this product is not a standalone lawn fertilizer. It's an enhancer to be used in conjunction with your typical lawn food.IMPORTANT: Depending on the size of your lawn, you are likely to need more than 1 bag. The rate of application is 3 lbs for every 1000 sq ft. The bag is 5 lbs, meaning a single bag will cover just about 1667 sq ft of lawn. One challenge I encountered is related to the rate and the spreader. The clay granules are actually quite large for fertilizer. The way most broadcast spreaders work is they have a gate which opens proportional to rate you want to spread. This I believe would normally be a 3-4 on the dial of my spreader. However, none of the granules would come out of the spreader until I increased to 6. So I had to move very quickly and stop and start the spreader to avoid too much being placed in an area. For this reason, I would say spreading this fertilizer is not as easy as it could be and it's all because of the granule size.

Excellent
I used this product in the production of medicinal Cannabis plants and it added specific micro-nutrients which the plant needs and is not found in typical soils. It worked quite well. I no longer grow for patients so I haven't resupplied. I would recommend this product to anyone growing plants in soil. these micro-nutrients are not found in typical soils.

Small pellets that look like clay
These are said to be a special clay from the area of Guanajuato, Mexico that contains many minerals. We have a moderate amount of clay in our soil so minerals are not lacking, but perhaps these pellets contain different ones.So I mixed some into our potting soil, which in turn is a mixture of our garden soil and compost we made. I mixed in some of the pellets and put the pot out with some rose seeds. These are known to be hard to sprout, so if it works I'll come back and update with the fifth star. After the rain, the pellets seemed at least mostly still intact, rather than having disintegrated into the soil. When crushed they are rather sandy, but they are moist throughout so maybe the rain leached the desirable minerals out into the soil as I want. So I am not sure yet how well these are getting into the soil.

Easy lawn care
What I like best about this is how easy it is to apply. The small pellets are easy to spread. I used it in both the raised beds and the lawn. I just applied it before a rainstorm, and found no pellets the next day. This is a product I feel safe using.

Seems to be working!
I'm always on the hunt for things that make my garden grow better. So far it seems to be helping move my little green plants along to bigger green plants. There is no smell or worries that it doesn't work. We are using it in raised beds.
