Excellent Breadcrumbs
These are amazingly close in texture and flavor to wheat bread crumbs. They work great with lightly pan fried fish and chicken. The texture is fine and delicate, but they don't get soggy when applying the coating.

Amazing
These breadcrumbs are amazing! I will not buy any other brand anymore! It’s hard being gluten free but these are just like regular breadcrumbs. You can’t tell they are gluten free.

I love these breadcrumbs and have them on autoship
These go straight into the freezer when I get them so that they are always at their freshest. Because they’re on autoship sometimes I have too many and this way they go way past their expiration date. I like to bread chicken or eggplant slices for parmigiana. I first beat a couple eggs and put my eggplant or chicken slices in that first so the breadcrumb mixture sticks better. I mix the Schar breadcrumbs with garlic powder, seasoned salt, pepper, dried or fresh basil and parsley, parmigiana cheese, and corn starch. You may not have heard of breading with corn starch and you’re thinking whaaat? I would say it’s about 1/3 cornstarch 2/3 breadcrumbs but you can adjust to your liking. When you bread meat with cornstarch it expands in the cooking process and makes the meat more tender. When you eat at Chinese restaurants their secret is they dredge the raw meat in only cornstarch (no breadcrumbs) and maybe some spices.But back to schar - they’re affordable and consistent. When I order thru Amazon they always arrive with a long ways away from the expiration date. Try using coconut oil - liquid or the solid as all your oil or just use some of it with vegetable oi; when frying chicken. Works and tastes like the gluten breadcrumbs
Tastes very very good. I am an ex executive chef and these bread crumbs worked %100 in meatloaf, crab cakes and when breading and frying this breadcrumb brand tasted awesome. The fried fish, shrimp, chicken were golden,crispy andstayed on the product. My wife pan fried extra thick pork chops and baked them. The breading stayed on and in tack. My wife recommend using egg wash and then breadcrumbs. Leave the gluten free flower out.

Really gluten free
These breadcrumbs are plain so they don't have any flavor, but you can add whatever you like. They are ground fine so they do a nice job of coating foods and mix easily with others.

Good breaded cutlets
It works for breading chops or cutlets. Tastes goodNot good for Italian meatballs. Texture wrong.
