Super great product. At first I was having an issue with getting it up to a high-end voltage to turn the titanium pink. I am using it as a dental lab to change bars under acrylic and abutments under crowns. It was not going up high enough voltage for me so I contacted them they immediately responded and told me exactly what the problem was I flipped a switch and everything was going smooth. Super happy with the product and the customer service.

I use this to anodize titanium bolts and hardware for race cars, it works very very well. If you are trying to get some of the harder colors, i recommend swapping the provided steel grounding cathode for a titanium piece, and repeatedly sand/clean the titanium rod/wand with the provided 3m pad for each item.

Like others have experienced, this works and is a nice item but will not go above 65v/gold. I just contacted the seller and hopefully they can help me to fix this issue.

My product as soon as I got it was glitchy and didn’t perform as I needed it to. I tried calling the customer service phone number it didn’t work. I later tried via Amazon messenger to request a refund they didn’t communicate well and were unwilling to return or refund for their defective unit.

I am really disappointed with this product. It does not go high enough for all of the colors I need. It tops out at 70 volts and typically stops around 65.
