Versatile jam
This delicious jam full of juicy soft ginger chunks is great on toast, spooned into porridge or added to a curry for depth and a glossy sauce.If it weren't available on amazon I would have to launch a campaign to bring it back. Worth every penny.

Can't wait to taste it.
Taking this with me on holiday next month. So haven't opened it yet. Its expensive,but as its a wee holiday treat that's OK.looks absolutely delicious, but will see. A bit of a different flavour and not your usual run of the mill flavours as often seen in supermarkets. Nice sized jar too. Will update in due course.

Gooseberry jam :)
Tastes ok, not a very strong gooseberry taste, but I would have preferred the gooseberries to be whole, most of the jam has very tiny bits of fruit. Overall, nice - I have it on toasted brioche in the mornings.

Ginger jam
Found this jam over sweet.placed it in fridge after using it,looks like sugar crystals ,have brought other ginger jamBut it's the only one that the changedIt's consistency. To white crystals .with a little amount of ginger jam at the bottom of the jam jar.
