It came fast and works good, but the cables are slightly different
I have the Optiplex 745 tower which had a Dell NH493 power supply in it. The replacement I received fit fine, but the replacement has a cable with two SATA plugs (black thin plugs) and a cable with two 4 pin Molex plugs (white plugs). My old power supply had a total of four SATA plugs and no Molex. So I need to buy an adapter to convert one of the old style Molex plugs from this new power supply to the SATA that my DVD drive needs.

Came up a little short
Got this to replace the original supply for an Optiplex 960. Physically it is the same size and fit the chassis properly. All the correct connections for the m/b but that was it. This supply did not have a second line of two SATA power connections (which I needed) and I found that the connection to a floppy drive (!) was too short to reach the drive by a few inches. Okay, I haven't used a floppy drive for over 20 years so less of an issue. So before you order, make sure that this is the supply you want, or you will end up scrambling for a solution/resolution. Otherwise it did make the computer function, so I just need to get the optical drives powered!

Exactly what was needed.
Dell Optiplex 760. Would start if you pushed power supply reset button on back. Very easy replacement. Saved buying new computer.
