Just okay
This was okay but in my opinion didn’t resemble the flavor that jerk chicken has. It was more of a Cajun flavor.

It’s SPICY HOT
We like things spicy and the flavor is good, but, it’s very spicy 🌶 I had add 1/2 plain rice plain rice and half this Mix to make it edible for my spicy loving family.

Why is it only sold in 12 packs?
I love Zatarains products. I never had the Jerk Chicken and bought it on a whim when ordering Gumbo. It's good. I think something needs to be added to it, though. I haven't yet tweaked it. Too bad it only comes in a 12 pack. Maybe they could sell a Zatarains variety box.

Taste like liquid smoke
I will Not be buying this again. I hate wasting food so I'll cut it with regular white when I cook

Very good With Chicken
Very good flavour, but on the salty side, so I recommend sticking with chicken or beef. Any sausage or chorizo will just add more salt. Very good and comes out fluffy if you go by the directions.
