Full Review - Size, Climate, Quality
I like it - very good value for the money. Here is a proper review:I bought the Navy Blue, Large - the version with the regular pockets, not the large external pockets. I read reviews before purchasing, with several people claiming these run Small. I can confirm, that is not true. These run a bit Large if anything. The proof is in my attached photos. Follow my advice and you will get a good fit.SIZE:I am 5' 9", 193lbs, fairly athletic build with a bit of extra weight at my midsection. The Large size fits reasonably well, however it is a bit long and could be more fitted, see photos. For a shorter and more fitted look, I could definitely wear a Medium. I can't even squeeze into a Medium in most US brands, so this definitely runs larger than normal for US sizing. The length of the Large would be appropriate for someone 5'11" 6'1" with slim to medium build. For anyone my size or smaller, I recommend a medium.Climate:I live in the Southeast - mild Winters and hot Summers. I was looking for a sleeveless windbreaker with pockets but without fleece lining - for warm windy afternoons, trail walking, golfing, or casual indoor work days. This will be perfect for those occassions, but probably not dressy enough for the corporate office unless it is 'jeans day'. I will be able to wear this year-round even when it is warm. The material is sturdy and blocks wind well, but doesn't hold heat or make you sweat - perfect for Summer afternoon walks. As someone who dislikes carrying keys and wallet in my pants pockets, this is the perfect warm weather solution. The quality is overall quite good, surprisingly good for the price. The seams are all sewn well, and the zippers function perfectly which was my primary area of concern when ordering this. Also, there are green pull strings on the zippers which I didn't notice in the product photos when ordering. These are easily removeable. Also, there are some loose threads, see photos, on the underside of the vest where the seams end. This isn't really a problem and none of the stitching is loose, but they should have removed these loose ends during manufacturing. The proper way to fix these at home is to quickly flash them off with a lighter. If you are not familiar with this process, cutting them would be fine but avoid pulling them off.Hope this helps -

Fashion only, NOT function
Prompt shipping & delivery. Shell feels durable/sturdy enough, but far from a 1000D Cordura. Lining appears more delicate/fragile. The main centerline zipper is extremely light-weight, I doubt it will tolerate the stress of camping, hiking, or even extensive urban travel. I am at the upper end of “Medium” size according to vendors size chart. It is snug with pockets empty, and will not close with a few items in the flat pockets. Biggest disappointment is the pockets… they are too small, most are 2-dimensional (only bottom outside flap pockets have gussets, but at only 1.2 inch, even they have very limited capacity). Minimal/insufficient bar-tacking to prevent tearing. I am very dissatisfied with the vest, and will be returning. If you are looking for a real cargo vest with lots of large pockets and rugged construction, look elsewhere. This is something for fashion only, and there are much cheaper options of this poor quality and capacity available.
