OSTENT Stereo Earphones Headphone Remote Control for Sony PSP 1000 Console

I have a PSP-1001 and didn't think this would work since it's pretty old. The reason why I bought it is because my volume buttons doesn't work on my it. First time plugging it in and I was able to hear my music playing, but I wasn't able to lower/raise the volume or change the track. I looked at both input where the control the earphones plug into and it was corroded. I scraped it off with a needle and it worked!!! I can now use the volume functions and change the tracks. Just like the one my PSP came with when I first bought it in 2005.

I needed these for the airplane and I wasn't disappointed. I won't be disturbing other passengers now.

I bought this for the remote to use while playing movies on my PSP. I just tried it and had it fully seated in the port and the remote doesn’t work. It is not worth buying.

I was impressed with the quality of the product and it works well.

Sony set up the PSP so it had an unusual connection for head phones. To still find these really amazing. And they work great.

PSP headphones were so comfortable that when mine broke, I wanted to replace them. The picture for this product looked exactly the same, so I ordered it. I dis not get the same headphones. They are not even remotely the same. The audio quality isn't super great, but I expected that for $10. They aren't shaped the same, so it's not as comfortable to wear for extended periods of time.

Besides the right earbud rattles so if you are moving around or bobbing your head, the right rattles... they work but are very tinny... No bass... would have returned if the right dident rattle ;p[
