Sally HansenTreatment 18K Gold Hardener Nail Polish, 0.33 Fluid Ounce

I've used this product now for two bottles worth. I am very pleased with it. I have found that Sally Hansen Treatment 18K Gold Gardener really does harden my nails. Granted when I remove it my nails are what nature grew them to be. Thin, soft, and easy to peel and split. But, hey, if I can't grow them hard then this product does really harden my nails. Also, the little gold flakes are a nice touch especially if you are going out on a nice date or New Year's eve. The more applications of SH nail hardener the heavier the glitter applied. I really like Sally Hansen products but this is special.

I was a little confused reading some of the reviews (seemed they didn't know what a cuticle was- were using it as a polish or topcoat) but it was highly recommended in a magazine so I decided to try it. I do not like the applicator (UGH), still not sure how it was to be used. I cut the tip off to get the product out. The product works well though. I find it works best to apply, push cuticle back, and let it dry; then wash it off and the overgrown cuticles come right off leaving a smooth cuticle ridge. Would give it 5 stars if the applicator was better.

Bought this for my wife. And it'd her best nail hardener.

I'm very pleased with the nail hardener because it has helped to make my nails so much stronger and they havent broke on me and just about a week!

Unless you have really thick and strong fingernails, don't put Sally Hansen on them by itself, every one will break below the finger line and take weeks to grow out. This is a lovely product otherwise and might work if there is a nail polish under it, i.e. use it as a top coat with the gold glitter, but again if you have fragile or thin fingernails, this is counterproductive to keeping them.

Best product for smoothing nails, softening cuticles and removing dry skin.It's the only product I will consistently use.My fingers feel great after using it.I hope they keep making this product.The Best!
