Q: Is there a liner for this jacket?

The jacket has a net liner, would be for warm areas with rain.

Q: How thick is this jacket? Is it thing enough to be a summer/hot weather rain jacket?

I work at the DFW airport and it is not breathable, however it’s very good at keeping you dry. The drop tail is a very nice feature of the jacket along with the lined pockets. I use it as a fall/spring season rain jacket for work, but not during the summer months.
