Forget topical acne treatments. This is the best product I've ever tried for acne. No guarantee that it will work for everyone, but it certainly works for me. After taking one capsule per day for about two weeks, my acne had completely vanished, and as long as I keep taking DIM once a day, it doesn't come back. I wish I had discovered DIM when I first started getting acne as a teenager. It would have saved me years of grief (and a lot of money spent on creams, gels and masks). I plan to keep taking DIM indefinitely.

I can't really tell what this product is doing for me right now, I don't think it is helping with menopause, may be helping with nail growth a little, I take 4 now instead of two, will need further evaluation.

I'm taking this supplement with other supplements like Erase pro which is an estrogen blocker for those of you who are not familiar with supplements. Long story short, this supplement has an effect I could actually feel. When I took 300 mg, I felt more relaxed and had a better mood. It does work, and more people probably should take this. My father who is in his mid 50's took some and felt a difference telling me it improved his mood.I don't have any documentation or blood work to actually show it lowered bad estrogen (E2) levels but I believe it does by the effects I've felt.
