Great pickups!
Replaced the stock pickups in a 2006 Fender Telecaster Standard, MiM. They sound great, no complaints, no issues with the installation. I recommend these for any Telecaster, unless you want absolute top-tier, and are willing to pay twice the price.

Great Fender pickups
Bought these to replace the stock pickups in my Squier 40th Anniversary Telecaster. A massive improvement in tone and that awesome mid 60's Tele sound!

Vintage 64’ - great clarity and value
The media could not be loaded. Overall I’m happy with them. Got the 64’ Pure Vintage pickups and I think they’re a great value for the money. I upgraded my Squier Bullet with all new electronics and these definitely made a big difference. Squier pickups were ok but a little muddy and muffled. These have great clarity and a little more output. The neck pickup is warm and articulate and sounds awesome in my opinion, the bridge a bit bright and thin, but still pretty cool for twangy rocking, and the cheaper guitar may also be a factor. I have them wired up with 250k Fender pots and a .022uf cap. I attached a quick video I made testing them out. Don’t mind the sloppy playing, but I did go through all pickups on clean and with a little dirt to give you a taste (starting on neck then working back to bridge). Also! One big thing to note - I originally bought them “Like New” from Amazon to save a few bucks and I did not get the right pickups. Someone had swapped out the Fenders for some cheaper knockoff. I could tell because the wires were cheap plastic instead of cloth. So make sure to double check it comes with cloth wire and a proper Fender wiring diagram.

Great Pickups
I was very happy with the product. These pickups sound great. They were shipped and packed carefully, mounted on a small piece of plywood in the shape of a pickguard. Easy to read instructions were included. I would recommend these pickups to anyone looking for that vintage sound.

These are great
These are very musical and classic sounding tele pickups. I put them in an early 2000s MIM tele with stock pickups and the difference was quite substantial. They are vintage voiced so not super hot, but they have a really pleasant chime and clarity to them that just sounds great. I added a 4 way switch as well so I had to modify the neck pickup by clipping a connection and adding a 3rd wire, but this is a pretty common modification and doesn't affect the sound or performance of the pickup. If you're trying to get high gain or modern voicings from your guitar this set isn't for you but if you want to make an "ok" sounding tele a "great" sounding tele then you've come to the right place.

Spanky twanky goodness
Got these as my bridge single coil died on my Jap 92 Tele. Just did a straight replacement as the tele was already wired for 'modern'. By gum they are good. I actually cant stop playing now as it sounds so good, got the top end but theres also a great growl. I cant even remember what my guitar sounded like before but I certainly have no complaints and the price was not too shocking. Great upgrade.

Fender's Best Kept Secret
The Fender Pure Vintage '64 Telecaster Pickup Set is a phenomenal set of pickups. I put them in a Tele that I built and they make it sound exactly how a good Tele should. They are powerful enough to sound really good with distortion, but they really shine when played clean to slightly breaking up. They are not so hot and overwound that they lose high end and sound muddy, but they are powerful enough to push your amp if you want. Would definitely buy again, in fact I might buy another set to replace some Tex-Mex pickups, which I really don't like so much anymore after playing these.

The vintage Tele sound you want
I have a 2011 American Standard Tele. Ash body. Maple neck. I love this guitar, particularly on the neck pickup. But, to be honest, I thought the stock pickups were overall just a bit lacking. I swapped in the Vintage 64 and Wow! It was like I bought a new guitar. These pickups give you that warm vintage Tele sound with snap and distinct articulation. Nice and responsive with dimension and punch when you attack. All three positions are now true options for me.I would mostly use the neck pick up on the stock set up and occasionally the middle position. I only used the bridge when playing through my Fulltone. Now each position gives me great sound yet very distinctive. I couldn’t be happier that I made this investment.
