Love it for our boat
Love the chairs. We got cushions and now they are really comfortable. Sturdy and recline. Great deal for the money.

Love the Look
I wanted some sleek looking folding chairs to pull out when company comes. I was excited to see these on Amazon because they are arm chairs with adjustable backs. The chairs are easy to set up, but do have a slight odor out of the box, so air them out a bit. The color is a lovely terracotta, they are sturdy, and they look so great that I am now using them as permanent seating for my back porch. I wish I had ordered more! The one annoyance is the adjustable back. I like the feature for sitting, but anytime I move the chair by dragging it by the back, it collapses. Since this is the natural way I move a chair, it took some getting used to. Of course, I'm using them as permanent seating now, so this is not really an issue anymore.

Nice DIY Patio Chair (but a mess out of the box)
This chair offers great value to anyone with modest DIY skills, but out of the box it's a mess. The screws holding it together were not secured properly (easily tightened with a Allen wrench of the right size). The wood is Eucalyptus, probably inexpensive in Vietnam where these are made, but tends to split. Chairs are likely to have foreboding cracks on long parts of structure. (easily handled with a couple of 2 inch #6 wood screws and a power drill; the screw can prevent the crack from further splitting). The stain finish is uniform and reddish but is not a protective oil or varnish. (a quick spray with a can of Minwax Spar Varnish will protect the chair for a season and enhance the appearance). I suspect one summer will ruin the factory stain;in fact, don't sand the stain before spraying varnish. Even fine sandpaper will remove the stain and reveal the naturally pale Eucalyptus wood underneath. With tightened screws, wood screws across the split(s) a coat of Marine varnish ($10) and a seat pad from Lowe's ($16), they look great and are very comfortable and stable. ,

Comfortable and great for the money
I'm very pleased with these chairs. I put a cushion for added comfort. The reclining makes all the difference for me. We have these around a fire pit and my only comment is that the chairs move out of position when pulled around because the arms are where the recline is set and they pull up when you pull on the back of the chair. No big deal really, I just wish they would stay more easily in the position I set them in. I did have an issue with a table ordered from the same company and their customer service is sending me a new one without any question, so A+ service.

Look it over before assembling
My husband assembled the chair and immediately threw away the packaging. When we got a good look at it, the chair did not sit level and one of the arms had deep gouges in it. We had to use a belt sander and an orbit sander on the arm, then re-stain it. Then we added a piece of wood to the short leg so the chair would be stable. Way too much trouble. Not a good product for the money.

Sadly the hinge rod for seat-back assembly is about 3/8" too short
Sadly the hinge rod for seat-back assembly is about 3/8" too short and has broken-out the top-stop on of the leg slot. = the chair has become unusable after being used about a dozen times. If you purchase, check the space between the hinge rod and slot that it tracks in, if it's about a 1/4 inch on each side, the chair is likely to fail and you may be better off returning it.

Excellent chair!
I bought this for my boyfriend, who LOVES being out on our balcony, for Christmas. I have to say that this is probably his favorite Christmas present. He even stares out at his new chair (and table) from time to time. He loves it, and could sit out in it all day if I'd let him. :-)He did buy a seat cushion from Costco for the chair as well.
