Lemme preface this by saying two things:I'm a chef, and generally can/do make most things that I consume when it's worth itI have been addicted to starbucks nitro for years, I love Guinness, and this was the coffee equivalent. The cost really began to bother me, so I started a journey to get the starbucks monkey off my back.....simple letters should be behind any culinary tool purchase NSF. This isn't some little toy you use a few times and disregard, this is a professional tool, slightly altered from the original industry version, meant to do a task hundreds if not thousands of times. What you are getting here is the industry standard, being used right now in restaurants in every major city in the world, countless times a day. If you actually want to make a nitro (pure nitrogen and not n2o) 1-20 times a day with perfect performance this is the canister you want. For like $40 you can buy a separate head attachment for n2o (the common pastry version). It's simple, unbelievably sturdy, easy to maintain/use, and simply superior in this price range. I usually fill it and make 2 large nitro cold brew pints a day, usually making 1 than hours later emptying the canister to make a second and is always perfect..... a starbucks grande nitro is like $6 and half the time is made wrong, this comes out to sub $1 per pint including the cost of beans/ homemade syrup/topping(milk,cream,etc). I have not gone back to starbucks since, and I don't see it happening anytime soon.

Obviously selling used or returned products considering condition of packing.

The product I received has a small leak and contacting the seller and dealing with their Return policy has been a nightmare.The coffee that comes out of it is OK! Less velvety than expected but OK.The problem is the nitro escaped so basically I have to drink it all in one seating.I do not recommend dealing with this company.After several tries to return the product I was left with sending them an email, their responde was a boiler plate message that didn’t even address my claim and I am stuck with a product that was over $150 and doesn’t work well!I am now trying to figure out what I am going to do with Amazon.

This is a very poorly made product. My isi Nitro Whip came defective, the co2 canasters leak when you try and use it. Amazon will not accept returns on this because it contains co2, and the manufacture will not even speak to you if you ask for help. I basically threw $170 down the drain.
